Introduction

If you already use Lemlist, you may already have a warmup tool and not realize it. This article is an independent, deliverability-first review of Lemwarm, Lemlist's warmup product. It covers what Lemwarm does, its standalone pricing, where it fits, and how it compares to dedicated warmers. It's most useful for Lemlist users deciding whether to rely on Lemwarm, and non-users weighing it on its own.
Written by Nikita Bykadarov. Nikita is the founder of Maildoso, a cold email infrastructure platform that runs 400,000+ mailboxes and sends 10M+ emails a day for 6,000+ companies. Working at the sending layer, his team knows which warmup methods protect a domain and which trip filters – the basis for his reviews.

How we review tools

We hold every tool to the same standard. We examine published features and pricing, test them against what we know about deliverability, and cross-check with aggregated G2 and other third-party ratings. The score measures fit for the tool's intended buyer rather than a universal leaderboard. We call out flaws as openly as strengths, refresh reviews when details change, and take no payment to move a rating.

Ratings

Lemwarm is part of Lemlist, which holds strong scores – G2 4.6/5 (1,424 reviews) and Trustpilot 4.5/5 (172 reviews). Those reflect Lemlist overall rather than Lemwarm alone, so read them as a signal of the parent product's quality.

Lemwarm in depth

Lemwarm is the warmup tool from Lemlist, founded in 2018 in France by Guillaume Moubeche. Its biggest advantage is bundling: if you have an active Lemlist subscription, Lemwarm is included, so you get warmup and a deliverability dashboard without paying for a separate tool. It ramps gradually, monitors a deliverability score, and is tightly integrated with Lemlist's sending, which makes it a natural default for existing customers.

The trade-offs show up standalone. On its own, at $29-$49/month per inbox, Lemwarm is competent but not differentiated – dedicated tools like Mailreach add deeper monitoring, and flat-rate tools are cheaper at scale. It's a warmup tool, not a full deliverability suite, and as with any warmup it can't fix authentication or cold domains. For Lemlist users it's an easy yes; for everyone else, it's one option among many.

Pricing

Lemwarm is bundled or standalone.
  • Free with an active Lemlist subscription.
  • Essential – $29/month ($24 annual) per inbox; Smart – $49/month ($40 annual) per inbox.
If you're already on Lemlist, there's no reason to pay separately. Pricing as of June 2026 – confirm current figures on Lemlist's site.

A note on deliverability

Lemwarm warms and scores, but warmup can't fix the foundation – authentication and clean, dedicated domains set your ceiling, and many infrastructure providers already include warmup. Maildoso gives you dedicated, authenticated domains and mailboxes with warmup built in, so a separate tool may be unnecessary. Through Maildoso's API and MCP server, you can automate provisioning and connect it to your tools and AI agents without manual setup.
Most cold emails fail simply because they land in spam. People never even see your offer. Our SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes are built specifically for outbound; this means your emails will finally be seen, and you’ll start getting more positive replies.
