Domain Registration and Ownership
We offer domain registration services as part of our package to clients. When we purchase domains on behalf of the client, we initially own and manage them. However, if a client ever wishes to take ownership of their registered domain, we can facilitate the transfer at no cost. We understand that clients may have specific requirements for their domain management.

It's worth noting that to provide uninterrupted service, we need to retain full control over the domains we register. This allows us to manage and maintain them effectively, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Email Deliverability Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring your emails are deliverable and aim to maintain a high inbox placement rate. Our guarantee includes delivering at least 80% of your emails to recipients' inboxes, ensuring they do not end up in spam folders. If your emails do not meet this guarantee, we will thoroughly investigate the cause.

To be eligible for this guarantee, clients must adhere to best practices, including refraining from sending emails with spam-related content, incorporating unsubscribe links in their email communications, properly warming up email accounts for a minimum of three weeks before sending prospective emails, gradually increasing email volumes from one email per day to a maximum of 40 emails per day per email account, verifying all recipient email addresses before sending emails, and maintaining a bounce rate (percentage of emails sent to non-existing addresses) below 2%. Additionally, if the non-deliverability issue results from factors beyond the client's control and within the scope of domain performance, we will provide replacement domains at no extra cost. This guarantee remains valid for one year from the date of domain purchase, ensuring the continued quality of our service.

We provide up to 4 domain replacements to each customer.
Email Recipient
Clients are prohibited from sending emails to personal email accounts. Our services are intended for use with corporate email addresses, and clients must adhere to this policy. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all recipients of their email communications have corporate email addresses.
Unsubscribe Policy
Clients are required to maintain accurate records of individuals who wish to unsubscribe from their email communications. In addition, every email sent through our services must include a visible, functional unsubscribe link.

If a client fails to honor unsubscribe requests, continues to send email communications to individuals who have opted out, or does not include an unsubscribe link in their emails, we reserve the right to cease providing our services to that client. Compliance with unsubscribe requests and the inclusion of unsubscribe links in every email are essential to maintaining the integrity of our services and upholding the privacy preferences of email recipients.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Refusal of Service and Refund Policy
1. General Non-Refund Policy for SMTP mailboxes ONLY
We maintain a non-refund policy, which applies under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered in specific situations, as outlined below. Refunds may be granted if the customer experiences substantial limitations in service availability beyond their control and resulting from our actions or system failures.
No refund after 30 days of usage from the first payment date. A user can get a refund within the first 30 days of use ONLY if they believe the product is not a good fit. We will refund everything except the domain registration cost if they have already purchased domains.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following condition: the refund will include deductions for domain charges incurred by maildoso on behalf of the user.

2.1. Service Quality issues within 30 days of purchase
Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from any of the following within this period:
  • Violation of our terms and conditions or guidelines by the customer.
  • Misuse of the service.
  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party service disruptions or customer-side issues).

3. General Non-Refund Policy for Google Workspace mailboxes ONLY
We maintain a strict zero-refund process for creating Google Workspace mailboxes. Once charged, since these mailboxes are on Google servers, we purchase them for a month by paying Google; hence, we cannot refund any amount for these mailboxes.

To edit the email addresses for these mailboxes, please notify us 7 days before the renewal so we can initiate the email change process.
Refund and Domain Replacement Policy
1. Refund Calculation
A partial refund, if applicable and viable, will be calculated by deducting the days of service utilized and any applicable domain charges (charged at $15 per domain) from the total subscription amount.
Refund requests will undergo a thorough review, and we require 3 business days to address and resolve any refund-related disputes.

2. Refund Dispute Process
During the 3-business-day dispute-resolution period, it is imperative that mailboxes not be deleted. If mailboxes are deleted within this time frame, the refund request will be invalidated.
If mailboxes are deleted before the dispute period ends, no refund will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

3. Right to Refuse Refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund under the following conditions:
  • Violation of deliverability guidelines or abuse of the system
  • Sending cold emails in excess of the permitted limits (25+ per day per mailbox).
  • Failure to perform proper email warmup (minimum of 14 days).
  • Omitting the unsubscribe text in email campaigns.
  • Bulk sending to free email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.).
  • Requesting services not explicitly advertised on our website or outside the scope of the purchased package.
  • Usage exceeds 30 days since the subscription's first payment.
  • No refund after 30 days of usage. A user can get a refund only within the first 30 days of usage if they think the product is not a good fit. We will refund everything except the domain registration cost if they have already bought domains.
  • If mailboxes are deleted before the end of the dispute period.
  • Subscription was not cancelled by the user
Subscription Renewal Policy
The customer’s subscription will automatically renew on the agreed renewal date. The customer will receive an email from our partner, Stripe, about the renewal 1 week before the renewal date. There is no refund for any subscription amount unless we receive prior notice from the customer requesting cancellation of the subscription before the renewal date OR the customer cancels the subscription from the billing page. Such notification must be submitted through the official communication channels and within the required time frame. No exceptions to this rule; failure of cancellation is wholly the liability of the customer only.
Domain Renewal Policy
We renew domains ONLY that have an active subscription attached to the account.
The subscription ending date should NOT be before or on the domain renewal date. If the domain renewal date is 30 days before the subscription ending date upon cancellation, Maildoso is not responsible for domain renewals.

Domain renewals are done without exception on the following conditions (with active subscription):
Each domain should not exceed $15.
All amounts exceeding $15 per domain should be covered entirely by the user.
If the user does not want to cover the extra amount, they can choose to replace the domains for free.

Domains will not be renewed for :
  • If the user fails to provide additional funds for domain prices above $15 per domain.
  • If the user fails to respond to Maildoso’s emails, they will receive more information about domain renewals.
  • If the user cancels the plan before the domain expiration/renewal date.

Maildoso also reserves the right to deny domain renewals and can make an executive decision as needed.
Use of Customer Feedback and Testimonials
Any feedback, testimonials, or information provided by customers via email or conversations with our staff may be used by us for case studies or testimonials without requiring explicit permission. We also reserve the right to publish on our website that a customer is using our product. However, customers may request that their feedback not be used for such purposes or that their logo be removed from our website. We will honor such requests promptly.
