The official homepage says users can set up infrastructure in minutes with US-IP Google & Microsoft Mailboxes, automatic DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configuration, and a starting price of $2.5.

The product appears built for speed and simplicity. Public homepage features include 10-minute onboarding, instant domain setup, DNS management, bulk mailbox purchase, automated authentication, separate workspace accounts, bulk updates for names and profile pictures, prewarmed mailboxes, free mailbox replacement, a centralized Masterinbox, dedicated workspaces per domain, AI-powered domain suggestions, and automated DNS.

Icemail.ai SMTP accounts review - 60 days later, not what i expected

🟢 US-IP positioning. IceMail explicitly highlights US-IP Google and Microsoft mailboxes, which can be important for teams targeting US audiences or trying to avoid unclear mailbox geographies.
🟢 Fast setup workflow. The homepage claims ready-to-send setup in 30 minutes (including 10-minute onboarding), instant domain setup, and automated DNS configuration.
🟢 Prewarmed and replacement claims. IceMail lists prewarmed mailboxes and free mailbox replacement, which are useful for teams trying to reduce setup friction and mailbox churn.
🟢 Broad operational feature set. Bulk mailbox purchase, dedicated workspaces, profile updates, Masterinbox, and domain suggestions can help teams manage many mailboxes from one place.

🔴 No clear public API documentation found. The official homepage reviewed did not expose API documentation or full API access details, which may matter for agencies that need programmatic provisioning.
🔴 SMTP durability concerns appear in Reddit feedback. A user who tested IceMail SMTP accounts for 60 days reported good initial performance but expected only 1-3 months of good deliverability for the SMTP route.

Maildoso is a cold outreach infrastructure provider – we offer domains, SMTP mailboxes, and Google Workspace accounts. The company was founded in August 2023 in Granite Bay, California, by Nikita Bykadarov (Nikita Maildoso).

While other providers offer shared or dedicated IPs, we have developed IP rotation. This means your emails are sent from hundreds of different IPs (making it harder for spam filters to detect a sending pattern), and whenever any IP gets blacklisted, we automatically swap it out for a clean one.

We have also implemented self-healing mailbox technology, which both restores burned-out mailboxes and protects your active email accounts.

The result? As of May 2026, the spam rate across our entire network of mailboxes is around 5%.

"Tried it mainly because of the good price, but ended up sticking with it since deliverability’s been pretty stable so far" – Thinking about trying "Maildoso". Has anyone here used it? Is it actually better than other tools?

It’s tempting to choose a provider based solely on the lowest price, but budget infrastructure often leads to hidden costs. When deliverability drops, the consequences usually show up in three areas:

• Burned Leads: High-quality B2B data is expensive. If emails land in spam, those contacts never see the pitch, and the budget spent on data is lost.
• Damaged Domains: Fixing a domain flagged by spam filters can be a massive headache. Often, it’s easier to just buy a new one and start the warm-up process all over again.
• Missed Revenue: Every missed inbox is a missed meeting. In B2B sales, losing even one connection can mean missing out on thousands in closed revenue.

Cold email infrastructure is better viewed as an investment. Maildoso provides the technical tools to protect domain reputation and help keep emails in the primary inbox.

We can’t say that IceMail doesn’t deserve your attention. You could certainly pick up a dozen mailboxes and run a test in any sequencer.

However, the low price point is a bit concerning. We know this market well, and these prices seem unrealistic for resellers offering official accounts with business licenses. This could suggest that IceMail is actually providing cheap EDU or Azure accounts.

Whether to try them or not is your decision. We have no reason to tell you otherwise.
