While the unlimited mailbox model is attractive for high-volume senders, the flat-rate pricing can be a significant upfront commitment for smaller operations.

Real user experiences from Reddit present a mixed picture of Inframail. In the thread Experiences with Inframail?, some users report that Inframail provides a solid foundation, noting that list quality and lead intent are often more critical factors than the infrastructure itself: "inframail itself isn't the bottleneck in my experience - list quality mattered way more... We kept inframail but changed how we sourced data and inboxing stabilized."

However, in the thread Inframail.io, other users have experienced significant deliverability issues. One user warned: "Bought 30 accounts from them, all of them went to spam continuously. Even their warmup score inside inframail was reporting 70-80%. Would avoid."

It’s tempting to choose a provider based solely on the lowest price, but budget infrastructure often leads to hidden costs. When deliverability drops, the consequences usually show up in three areas:

• Burned Leads: High-quality B2B data is expensive. If emails land in spam, those contacts never see the pitch, and the budget spent on data is lost.
• Damaged Domains: Fixing a domain flagged by spam filters can be a massive headache. Often, it’s easier to just buy a new one and start the warm-up process all over again.
• Missed Revenue: Every missed inbox is a missed meeting. In B2B sales, losing even one connection can mean missing out on thousands in closed revenue.

Cold email infrastructure is better viewed as an investment. Maildoso provides the technical tools to protect domain reputation and help keep emails in the primary inbox.

We have carefully reviewed Inframail, and we still have some questions.

It is not entirely clear how their infrastructure works. Going by the description, Inframail does not offer official Outlook accounts. Yet, each mailbox allows you to send up to 50 emails per day—whereas standard Azure tenants typically allow sending only 2–3 emails a day.

At the same time, we analyzed various materials and articles: for instance, Maildeck classifies Inframail as a private SMTP infrastructure, while Puzzleinbox categorizes it among Azure/Entra providers.

Consequently, we cannot recommend Inframail for use.

If you are dissatisfied with your current provider and are testing out different solutions, then yes, Inframail looks like an interesting option. But if you need a reliable, stable, and proven solution, there are many other options available on the market.
