It describes itself as enterprise mailboxes for better deliverability, faster outreach, and smarter scaling. Its headline says users can "Always reach the primary inbox," and the site positions the product around Outlook sending infrastructure backed by custom-built SMTP servers.

The product is built for cold email professionals and agencies rather than casual users. The official page says access is limited to qualified cold email professionals, and each $199/month subscription includes 4 domains, 100 inboxes per domain, and up to 30,000 emails per month. The package includes domain registration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, pre-configured domains, Microsoft Azure-hosted IPs, and a Slack channel for direct support.

The company has no reviews on G2 or Trustpilot, and there are zero mentions from real users on Reddit (which is typically a red flag).

We generally advise against using LUNATRO.MX.

The issue isn’t necessarily with this specific product, but rather with Azure tenants as a whole. Despite their low cost, these accounts simply cannot send a sufficient volume of emails (only 2–4 per day). Furthermore, we frequently hear reports of Azure tenants being blacklisted by email service providers, often leading to a total infrastructure ban that forces the provider to shut down entirely.

If you don't currently have any mailboxes, it's better to start with more reliable providers like Maildoso, Zapmail, or Scaledmail. On the other hand, if you already have an established setup and are simply looking to experiment, there are other Azure tenant providers on the market offering much more flexible and affordable entry-level plans.
